No. As long as we have access to your yard, we'll complete the cleanup while you're away. Most of our customers aren't home during service, making it easy to enjoy a clean yard without changing your routine.

Rain & Weather: We provide service year-round, including rain, snow, and normal winter conditions. We only postpone service when conditions make it unsafe to access your property. If that happens, we'll notify you promptly and reschedule your visit.
Snow & Winter: We'll remove all visible pet waste during your visit. If waste is hidden beneath snow or ice, we'll return once conditions improve. Whenever possible, we also adjust our routes ahead of major winter storms to keep your service on schedule.
Holidays: Holiday schedules occasionally require route adjustments. If your service day is affected, we'll notify you in advance and let you know when to expect your next visit.

We use secure monthly billing to keep your service simple and uninterrupted. Your card is charged once a month, you'll receive a receipt after every payment, and you can pause or cancel your service at any time.
Initial Service Billing and Proration
When beginning service, your first payment may be prorated based on the date your service begins. Because recurring services are scheduled throughout the month, your initial payment will only include the remaining scheduled service periods left in the current month. Your regular full monthly service rate will begin on the first day of the following month.
