Scheduling- We don’t book exact times. Instead, we run efficient routes like your trash service. You’ll get a text before your Tech arrives, so you know when to expect us.
Easy Access- Please ensure gates and latches are in proper working order, your trash can is easily accessible, and the yard is safe to enter.
Professional Cleanup- A uniformed Tech will arrive with everything needed to get the job done. First-time visits may take a little longer if waste has built up—but we’ll get everything back on track.
No Need to Be Home- While we love meeting our customers on the first visit, there’s no need to be home for service. As long as we have access to your yard, we’ll take care of the cleanup while you’re at work, running errands, or out with your pup.
Gate Guarantee- We triple-check that your gate is securely latched before leaving, and send a photo of your closed gate after every visit for complete peace of mind.
If Plans Change- Need to reschedule? Just let us know. If something prevents us from cleanup, we’ll reach out and get you back on the schedule ASAP.

What do we do with the doo?
We securely double-bag all waste in high quality, scented, leak-resistant bags to keep things clean, contained, and odor-controlled. Bags are then neatly placed in your outdoor trash bin for proper disposal through your local waste service.

Disposing dog waste through your regular trash system is the safest and most eco-friendly option—those systems are designed to handle it properly.

Yes—we scoop in rain, shine, and snow all year long. The only exceptions are severe ice or heavy snow that make service unsafe or impossible. In those rare cases, we’ll promptly reschedule your visit.
During winter weather, our team will remove all visible waste. If snow or ice covers portions of your yard, we will return as soon as conditions allow to scoop any waste that was hidden. We also do our best to adjust schedules around heavy snowfall so your yard is cleared before storms whenever possible.
Holiday schedules may vary, but rest assured—if your scoop day is ever affected, we’ll let you know well in advance.

We’ll always do our best to scoop thoroughly, but tall grass, leaves, or heavy debris can make waste harder to spot and remove completely. In these situations, some droppings may remain hidden until the yard is trimmed or cleared. Once the grass is cut and the area is more open, our future visits will be much more effective and your yard will stay consistently cleaner.

No problem! We’ll do our best to work around furniture, toys, and other obstacles to make sure your yard is cleaned thoroughly. You don’t need to worry about moving things before we arrive.

Soft or loose waste can soak into the grass and soil, so it may not be fully removable. In those cases, we remove the bulk, and any small residue left behind will break down naturally with sun, rain, and regular lawn care.
